Another of the very popular modules that is requested in our half and full day sessions, is one on VISION.
Teams want to spend some time looking back at what they have achieved over the last year and what they want to achieve in the coming months. New teams want to spend some time getting to know each other and getting a feel for their place in the team. Merging teams need to shift their thinking towards a new entity.
The Tool that we use the most in these different processes is the CCS cards. A suite of processes that can be applied to many situations. I'm using them more and more and find they fit in nicely with the differing expectations of my clients.
