In our return visit to the University of Newcastle next week, we get to run our Experiential Simulation "Search for the Lost Dutchman's Goldmine!"
We are one of only two Australian companies licensed to run this fascinating simulation and it's going to exciting putting it to work again. The event simulates a modern day adventure into the Arizona desert to mine gold. Participants work as teams to achieve their goals and then we discus and debrief.
The main focus of the exercise is collaboration, goals and motivation, so it's perfect for organisations with many departments or "pods" that need to work together better.
